Rhi is an experienced and motivated Executive and Solicitor who fully understand the challenges and opportunities faced by law firms and businesses alike. Rod Jenkins

Rod is a graduate of the London School of Economics and a Fellow of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

He spent over a decade on the Operating Board of a high growth, highly acquisitive FTSE plc as Director Financial Control & FP&A. Since then, he has specialised in interim CFO and CEO roles delivering transformation projects for organisations looking to make a step change in organisational and financial performance.

These projects have covered strategic planning, business restructures, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, financial modelling, building and improving finance functions, and systems implementations. Delivered for a mixture of start-ups, through SMEs to large international organisations, they required significant stints based in Europe, Australia, India, Singapore and the US.

In 2019, as CEO, he led the £1.5bn sale of Network Rail’s Commercial Property Estate to private equity which was Property Week’s Deal of the Year 2019.

Clients include Ofwat, Transport for London, AIM listed businesses, Law Firms and SME’s in a variety of sectors.

Peter was a partner in a major firm of lawyers before becoming Group Legal Director of a fast growing FTSE 250 Plc where was employed for 12 years There he successfully ran strategic litigation for many years leading cases at the Court of Appeal and House of Lords. He was also responsible for and assisting in many acquisitions integrating  both vertically and horizontally as well as setting up subsidiary companies to bring new products to the market .

 

After this he ran his own consultancy for 12 years  providing guidance and answers to the most complex of scenarios. He is very experienced looking at Law firms as a business and undertaking due diligence with a real ability to exclude extraneous information and focus on the real issues that matter.
